Our Vow of Privacy
At Adi Kailash Devnagri, we are travelers, not data brokers. We collect your personal information (Name, Aadhar, Medical History) for one specific purpose: to secure your Inner Line Permits (ILP) and safety clearances with the District Administration of Pithoragarh. We never sell your data.
Data Usage in Our Adi Kailash Privacy Policy
For Permits (ILP)
Your Aadhar Card & Photos are shared strictly with the SDM Office and ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police) to generate your restricted area passes. This is a government mandate.
For Medical Safety
Your Medical Certificate is shared only with your Trip Captain. This ensures we are ready with Oxygen/First Aid specific to your health history during the high-altitude trek.
No Spam Policy
We do not share your phone number with hotels or third-party advertisers. It is used strictly for Yatra updates and emergency coordination.
Extended Privacy Protocols
Under the standard Adi Kailash Privacy Policy, we retain your permit documents for 6 months post-Yatra as per local administration requirements for audit purposes. After this period, digital copies are permanently purged from our offline servers in Dharchula.
We operate on a “Direct-to-Bank” model. For your 25% advance registration, we share official payment links or UPI IDs via our verified WhatsApp channels. You pay directly through your own banking app. The remaining balance is settled securely upon your arrival at Dharchula (Base Camp) via Bank Transfer or Cash. Adi Kailash Devnagri never sees or stores your card numbers, passwords, or PINs.
