Force Majeure (Acts of God): Adi Kailash Yatra Cancellation Policy
The Himalayas are unpredictable. In case the Yatra is cancelled by authority due to landslides, heavy snowfall, or government orders (District Magistrate/ITBP):
- Option A (Reschedule): We offer a Credit Shell valid for 12 months. You can book the Yatra for the next season at no extra inflation cost.
- Option B (Refund): A refund will be initiated after deducting actual expenses already incurred (Permit Fees, ILP Charges, and Hotel advances that are non-recoverable).
Note: We strictly follow the advisory guidelines issued by the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board to ensure pilgrim safety above all else.
Rules for this Adi Kailash Yatra Cancellation Policy
- Inner Line Permits (ILP): Fees paid to the government for ILP are 100% non-refundable once the application is submitted.
- No Show: Failure to arrive at the pickup point (Kathgodam/Pithoragarh) on the scheduled date is treated as a No-Show (0% Refund).
- Early Exit: If a pilgrim decides to leave the Yatra midway due to health or personal reasons, no refund is applicable for the unused days.
