Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best time to visit Darma Valley?
The best views are in May-June and September-October. While early June is great for wildflowers, we avoid July-August due to the Himalayan monsoon season.
What is the distance and time for the Zero Point trek?
The trek is approximately 4-5 km one way (8-10 km total round trip). At a comfortable, scenic pace, it usually takes 3 hours to reach Zero Point and about 2 hours to return, making it a perfect 5-hour adventure for the day.
Is there mobile network connectivity in the valley?
Connectivity is very limited beyond Dharchula. We encourage guests to inform their families in advance and enjoy a true 'digital detox' in the mountains.
